Do you have a showroom?

Yes. We have Melbourne's Biggest Bone Inlay Showroom. 

Our showroom is a dedicated section of our Melbourne warehouse, with a huge range of bone inlay and mother of pearl inlay on display. 

All customers are welcome to view the range from 10am until 3pm every Saturday or by appointment during the week.

What is your warehouse location & opening hours?

18 Marriott Street, Oakleigh.

We are open 10am until 3pm every Saturday. No appointment is required during our opening times. To arrange a viewing outside of these times, please click here

Are you open on weekends?

Yes. 10am until 3pm, every Saturday. 

Do you offer a best price guarantee?

We strive to always be at Australia's best prices for premium quality bone inlay and mother of pearl inlay. In the unlikely event you find a better price elsewhere, we will beat it. The item must be in stock and currently available in Australia, be of the same dimensions, design and pattern.

Do you offer customised designs and dimensions?

Yes. We are constantly delivering customised pieces. Our prices for customised pieces are generally consistent with the prices we offer for similar sized pieces.

Customised orders take between 14 and 16 weeks, with a 30% deposit and the balance on arrival. We do not charge extra for the fact an item is custom made, with the price based on the size and configuration of your custom order.

Customized pieces can be made to any design and we will send images of completed pieces prior to leaving India. Due to the hand made nature of custom orders, variations can occur.

Please note, once custom orders have left India, there are no changes or refunds unless mutually agreed prior to leaving India.

Are all the items listed online displayed for viewing in your warehouse?

Yes and no. Due to our extensive range of designs, many of which are available in several colours, sizes and finishes, we do not have every individual item on display. However, we do have an extensive range on display at all times, to ensure representation across our product offering.

Please phone or email prior to visiting us to enquire if the items you are interested in viewing are on display.

Can anyone walk into your warehouse display or do you need to make an appointment?

Yes, during our opening hours. If you are unable to come during our opening hours, please Click here to arrange a viewing.

Are your products ethically sourced?

Yes, 100%. All of our bone inlay range undergoes certification and clearance in India before departing. It then undergoes a similar process with Australian customs on arrival.

How do I care for bone inlay products?

Each item has been highly polished, to provide protection against moisture. However, it is recommended cleaning take place with only a very lightly damp cloth. This will ensure optimum appearance and condition for many, many years.
