How do I know the delivery charges?

When you add your postcode at check out, the delivery rate will automatically show.

Where is stock located?

We carry Australia's Biggest Range of In Stock Bone Inlay and Mother of Pearl Inlay Furniture.

All stock is dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

Do you deliver Australia wide?

Yes. All of our items can be shipped Australia wide, with commercial grade packaging to ensure safe arrival. 

Melbourne orders are typically delivered within 7 days, in our own delivery vehicles, with full white glove delivery (delivery rates for Melbourne typically range from $45 - $90, excluding our Marble Collection).

For Sydney/Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane/ Gold Coast / Sunshine Coast we have a great network of couriers. Timing varies by location and generally takes 1-2 weeks from order placement to delivery, excluding Perth which takes 2-3 weeks.

For areas outside the above, please contact us prior to purchasing to confirm delivery costs.

Do you deliver upstairs?

Melbourne, and Sydney/ Canberra deliveries can include stairs. For all other locations, our couriers normally charge extra for stairs, so please add a note in your order if there are internal stairs.

Do you accept exchanges if I change my mind?

For Click and Collect orders, you must return the item in the original packaging within seven business days of picking up your order. 

For delivered items, you must notify us of any exchange within 48 hours of receipt and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if there is a problem with my item?

We will replace the item if in stock, otherwise we will issue a full refund.

We aim at all times to be fast and fair in resolving issues. On the rare occasion that an issue may arise, our focus will be on satisfying our customers rather than our bottom line.
